Fun, But Tough May 28, 2006 David A. Smith (Webberville, Mi, USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This game really gets hard at the end of the game when you get to the last four duelist. you would have to have monsters with more than 3000 attack points. it's a very fun game though. If you want a challenge then try this game out. If you liked this game then check out all of the other Yu-Gi-Oh! games.
egyptian legends, giant monsters and strange-lookin' duelists! September 5, 2005 Jim Jones (England, UK) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
Now what kicked me when I first played this was that you started with a rubbish deck. Now, that was quite obvious with all 500 - 700 atks and only a few spells and no trap cards. But, look closer and you can fuse together most monsters. No need for Polymerisation - just press up on the controller to put a tag on your cards and press X to fuse them together to create a beast of even more power! I managed to create Thousand Dragon by fusing Time Wizard with any dragon! Later on however the duels get very tough! I JUST managed to beat Ishizu in the semi-final round for god's sake!` And now Im on Kaiba and he's really hard! Plus he knows about the Millenium Rod and says "it whispers to me". Not very accurate game! In this game, there is NO tribute summons. This means if you get a Dark Magician card you could summon it right away! Thats why Im stuck! Kaiba summons Blue-Eyes straight to the field and smashes me to bits! Although the game is hard, it is addictive and fun sometimes and the cards you win are quite awarding! I'd say if you saw this in the shops you should buy it!
One of the best yugioh games ever made! February 5, 2005 Batman (California, Sac USA) 2 out of 4 found this review helpful
This game is so cool that I wish my friend had it. In it I entered cheat codes and I got some of the strongest cards in the game! I got the 5 pieces of Exodia (I entered codes on the game shark so I could have infinete star chips), Blue Eyes, Perfectly Ultimate Great Moth, Dark Magician, and many other good cards. I tried to get Gate Gaurdian (Because I have the pieces in my deck but what sucks is that it won't fuse to form him!), Toon World, and all that good stuff but somehow it won't let me get em!
It's Ok November 11, 2004 5 out of 7 found this review helpful
This game is Ok, but when you have to challenge this guy that is all blue and says that he wants your millenium puzzle, there is basically nothing you can do except dualing him. It is like impossible to attack his life points because sometimes on the first turn he summons a monster with 4000 atk. and 4000 def.In the beginning, it's easy geting cards from other dualists. Oh and in order to get stronger monsters, you have to get all sorts of cards in your hand and put them all together. Who knows what cards you need.
